Tracking and Systems Manager.

PROSPECT TRACKING AND SYSTEMS MANAGER
Portland State Universitys Office of University Development seeks someone to
manage and coordinate its prospect management systems. The individual will
have overall responsibility for moves management, contacts and reminders, and
other tracking systems, and have a hands-on role in creating, organizing, and
maintaining information and systems. The individual will also be responsible
for monitoring and reporting on the progress of prospects and providing
campaign support to campaign leadership.
Organizing and maintaining Campaign systems, using Benefactor, Access, Excel
and other systems to organize prospect, major donor and campaign information.
Systems include: a moves management/prospect tracking system, and a contacts
and reminder system.
Monitoring prospect and donor activity, assessing progress, and reporting to
appropriate development staff.
Developing and maintaining procedures to ensure that all information about
major gift prospects is collected centrally and entered into Benefactor.
Overseeing database reporting and training others, and monitoring
dissemination of reports.
· Requires BA/BS degree. 1 to 3 years of prospect management and/or
prospect research experience required. Prior experience in a higher education
· Experience with non-Windows based development systems, such as
Benefactor, strongly preferred.

managing with strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability
to handle multiple projects and interact with a diverse population.
