I am delighted to announce a new research associate position at the
University of Puget Sound. Here is a partial description, with the link

RESEARCH ASSOCIATE

Office of University Relations Research



Reports to and works closely with the director of University Relations
Research to identify and track potential funding sources for the
university. Analyzes and synthesizes financial data. Computes
philanthropic capacity ratings, consolidates data gathered, and reports
relevant biographical and financial information about potential donors,
making recommendations regarding cultivation, solicitation and
stewardship. Produces bibliographic profiles of individuals,
corporations, and foundations. Responds to research requests. Monitors
the integrity of the prospect management system by designing and
implementing processes to measure and standardize procedures; provides
systems training to others. Supervises, trains, and directs student
staff members.



Qualifications include a bachelor's degree, and at least two years of
work experience in prospect research. Must be able to communicate
effectively, orally and in writing, with a broad range of internal and
external constituents.

Salary commiserate with experience; generous benefits package including
