to work at St. Martin's University in Lacey, near Olympia, Washington.

POSITION TITLE: PROSPECT RESEARCHER
ST. MARTIN'S UNIVERSITY, LACEY, WASHINGTON

POSITION DESCRIPTION: This new position supports the Saint Martin's
development efforts by identifying, rating and tracking prospective
donors (individuals and organizations) to Saint Martin's University.
Assists frontline fund raisers in determining ask amounts and
cultivation and solicitation strategies for prospects. The prospect
researcher will organize the research department from the ground up
since this is a newly created function.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree. Two or more years experience in
prospect research. Experience in a small college and with mainframe
databases preferred. Must be detail oriented and possess excellent
organizational and planning skills. Must be able to deal with
confidential data. Must be supportive of a Catholic, Benedictine
philosophy of education.

COMPENSATION: DOQ; exempt; excellent benefits, including tuition
remission.
