Assessing the Value of Real Estate
Real estate ownership can be a key indicator of an individual's wealth. Learn how to research, value and estimate capacity by using public records on real estate transactions and tax assessments. Discover resources and techniques for evaluating real estate, including the caveats of tax assessments versus market value, and considerations associated with highly appreciated properties, commercial/investment properties, and multiple property ownership.
