Job Announcement: Prospect Research & Management Analyst

The University of Alaska Foundation is seeking a Prospect Research &
Management Analyst. The University of Alaska Foundation acts as a service
center to all three Universities (Fairbanks, Anchorage and Juneau)
supporting fundraising activities of University Development Officers. This
is a full time, year round position reporting to the Prospect Research &
Management Director. Using primarily electronic resources, looking at
publicly available financial and biographical data, this position will
compile data on potential donors, including individuals, corporations and
foundations. The ability to take data and turn it into actionable
information is essential. This position will work closely with the director
and development officers to identify areas of research needs. This position
will assist with Prospect Management needs as assigned by the director and,
depending on skills and needs, may conduct data analytics.

Candidates should have an associate's degree in communications, marketing,
public relations, business, public administration, liberal arts or relevant
field and one year of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of
training and experience. Experience in prospect research is preferred
however this is an entry level position and those with proven research,
problem solving and analytic skills are encouraged to apply. Computer
skills, confidentiality and attention to detail are essential.
