I’d like to encourage all of you, my Northwest colleagues, to fill out the APRA salary survey if you haven’t already. The more data we have from our region, the more useful the results will be for all of us!
It takes a bit of time, so set aside 30 minutes on your calendar between now and Monday to do it.

The APRA salary survey requests information about your current position, workplace, organization's budget, and also allows for comments. We anticipate that the survey should take approximately 20-30 minutes. Survey results will be available to APRA members in early May 2015.

The results of this survey will position APRA members as organizational strategists and will serve as a tool for:

* Individuals to advocate for an appropriate salary
* Department heads to advocate for additional resources
* Professional development and career growth
