Hi Katrina,
If you haven't explored http://pulawski.net/, I would check this source out. It provides links to the tax assessor databases by state/county.

Subject: [APRA-NW] Property values and home ownership

I apologize if this has been covered recently on the listserv. I'm a novice researcher conducting some very basic prospect research on primary residences.

King County makes it pretty easy to confirm homeownership. Does anyone have good websites for confirming homeownership in Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho and Oregon?

What are your preferred websites for estimating property values in the Puget Sound? Do you build in a range to account for inaccuracy?

Thanks in advance!

-Katrina
