Folks --

Sharon Browning, of the Department of Biostatistics, will speak Friday on

"Using segments of identity by descent to estimate genotype error rates and mutation rates in sequence data".

As usual, in S110 at 12:30-1:30pm.

(Friday of Thanksgiving holiday; everyone will be at the mall, shopping)

topic: (tentatively) her talk for conference on
"Stochastic Models in Ecology, Evolution, and Genetics"

December 13
(this date is at the end of exam week, so held in reserve)

Let's at least resolve more of those TBAs.

And November 15 and 22 are still open.
