[statnet_help] creating nodal attribute vector from edge attribute vector

Hi Sergei,

It's not quite clear what you are asking here.

First, it sounds like you have a 2 mode network, orgs x issues, with
letters (+/-) as the ties. Is that right?

What kind of node attributes are you thinking about? Are you trying to
represent the node position in this network? Or calculate some kind of
egocentric index based on the number/type of ties?
