[statnet_help] Error when using simulate

Hi Lin Zhu,

This seems like a technical issue with 'tergm' or 'networkDynamic'. Can you
please open an issue at https://github.com/statnet/tergm/issues adding a
minimal reproducible example code that we could use to trace where the
potential bug is?
