[statnet_help] Question about duplicated variable

Hi there,
Thanks for your time to read the email. 
I'm a freshman in Tsinghua University and I'm writing to ask about the error:
"Error: `multiple` is `FALSE`, but `x` contains parallel edges.The following rows in `x` are duplicated:"
While i cannot see what's the problem. So i append the screenshot of the data in the appendix.
