This list server is designed for the discussion of issues with the use of the VIC macroscale hydrologic model. Membership in this list is limited to those who are actively working with the VIC model. If you have questions about using the model, post them on this site and hopefully one of the other users will be able to answer your questions or address your concerns. Prior to posting questions on the use of the VIC model, please refer to the documentation for the current release version at vic.readthedocs.org. Bug reports and feature requests should be posted on the VIC github page. To see the collection of prior postings to the list, visit the VIC_users Archives. (The current archive is only available to the list members.)
Using VIC_users
To post a message to all the list members, send email to vic_users@u.washington.edu. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to VIC_users
Subscribe to VIC_users by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. This is a private list, which means that the list of members is not available to non-members. UW community: If you have a computer account at the University of Washington, and you intend to subscribe to this list, change something about the subscription you already have, or access private list archives, please log in first. Once you have logged in, this page will automatically fill in your email address. For persons outside the UW If you do not have a UW NetID and want to subscribe, enter your email address and name (optional) below. A password will be assigned to you and sent to your email address.
